ARP & Detox To Go News

We are excited to announce that the Autoimmune Recovery Program has officially reached the Philippines! From March 22-25 ARP will be hosted by Janet Rondina at Golden Highway SDA Church at Masterson Ave, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, as well as at Libertad SDA Church Poblacion, Libertad, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. This last church is very special for Janet! She lives in Chicago and going back to the very church where she was baptized and nurtured in the faith.
The turn out was incredible and overall this was a very blessed experience for everyone involved! It spread across two churches and many people were blessed with knowledge on how to combat autoimmune disease and other chronic illness in ways they never before realized.
David and Kerry-Ann James are hosting an ARP starting March 8th at the Maranatha Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 100 Dutch Point Road, Hampton, New Brunswick, Canada. They are averaging 20 students in attendance each night and you can still get involved, they have one more week! You can reach them by email at kasaj.1610@gmail.com or by phone at 506-588-2274.
Jennifer Ramos just finished her first ARP in San Diego, California at San Diego Central Church on January 18th and 25th and February 1st and 8th. People were extremely excited about the program and gave glowing evaluations after the program was complete. God blessed this outing with over 35 people on average each night in attendance! They even had some passionate people in attendance that were non-SDAs which is always incredible. It was a major blessing to everyone involved.
Vasti Flores will be hosting an ARP in Pie Town, New Mexico at April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd at the Pie Town High Country Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Their team is actively working to have a successful community outreach in their area. If you live in the area and would like to join, please contact them at this number (915) 240-5927.
Their first class was such a blessing to host! They had a better turnout than anticipated, praise God! Praying that all the wonderful people that attended can start implementing these health principles into their lives.
Med Missionary Training News
We have just concluded our 22nd Med Missionary Training class! We are proud to announce that 39 of our students graduated in our English language course (we offer MMT in four languages) and the graduation ceremony was an amazing blessing. Our students shared incredible testimonies of how Med Missionary Training transformed their health and elevated their health education and motivated them to go out into the world and make a positive impact on the health of not just themselves but the people in their lives and communities. James Rafferty concluded the ceremony with a powerful key note address and wrapped up the celebration wonderfully. Click below to watch the recording on YouTube, it’s sure to be a blessing to you.
 We have just finished our 22nd program of Med Missionary Training and we are blessed to have had over 150 students total in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian!Â
We have also reached countries in Africa for the first time such as SĂŁo TomĂ© and PrĂncipe and Guinea-Bissau. In these countries they often do not have internet in their own homes and have to gather together where internet is available. They gather together and pool money to purchase minutes of internet access in order to access the program. It’s been a blessing to serve people with such incredible dedication.
One of our students in the current Med Missionary Training, is hosting an Anti-Inflammatory Food class for her community in March using the principles and protocols she has learned with Med Missionary. They will also be hosting health Bible classes, which are also exciting people in the community to come join. What a blessing!
Our next program starts April 13th, which means it will be here before you know it! Med Missionary Training is the entryway into all of our medical missionary content with the ability to continue with more advanced education once completed. Our last podcast episode was The Origins of the United Nations. When an organization applies for consultative NGO status with the United Nations, it must agree to a number of things. One is that its âaims and purposesâŠshall be in conformity with the spirit, purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nationsâ. What is the spirit, purpose, and principles of the UN and would the aims and purposes of any Christian church be in conformity to it? To answer this question, we will investigate the spirit, purpose, and principles of the primary founders of the United Nations. Med Missionaries in the Philippines!
A Med Missionary in our Facebook group recently needed urgent help while in the Philippines. Thankfully, James and Daryl Kirtley (MM2024) were there to assist. The Kirtleys are actively training missionaries, holding health seminars, and preparing for a 10-day evangelistic series in Carles Iloilo (March 19-29).
To make this outreach possible, they need to raise $4,000 for transportation, accommodations, and free health services, including check-ups, herbs, vitamins, reading glasses, and possible dental care.

Mercy Ballard and Dr. Joyce Choe will be at Bear Creek Resort in Thompson Falls, Montana for a Woman’s Retreat discussing autoimmune disease and how to combat it with the natural health principles we teach at Med Missionary.Â
4/4 – 4/6 Athens SDA Church
Mercy Ballard will be traveling to Athens SDA Church with Dr. Bill Sweatt in a weekend health evangelism effort. Dr. Bill Sweatt is a gastroenterologist who will be speaking about leaky gut and the microbiome while Mercy will be giving practical advice on how to recover from autoimmune disease and also giving food demonstrations on how to prepare healthy tacos!
3/27 – 3/29 Wisdom Pearl’s Conference
Dr. Joyce also has the privilege of being at the Wisdom Pearl’s Conference in Phoenix Arizona march 27 to 29. It will be held at the Dream City Church. 3/16 Whipple Creek SDA Church
Dr. Arvi Generoso, an important member of our ministry who often helps teach the Natural Remedies and Tune-Up classes in our online course Med Missionary Training has a Respiratory Health & Remedies class coming up on March 16th at Whipple Creek SDA Church 302 NW 179th St, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Learn about the marvelous workings of the human body, how to prevent disease, and simple kitchen remedies for use when you get sick! 2/28 – 3/2 Scott Valley SDA Church
Scott Valley SDA Church is inviting their community to attend this community health evangelistic effort. The program will be presented by Mercy Ballard and Tyanna Ocel, who is a graduate from Med Missionary. It will include natural remedy demonstrations using the “super healing foods” we teach about at Med Missionary. Mercy Ballard will also be sharing testimonies…
