  1. The slippery texture of the okra does help to coat the lining of the guts. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Also can make a drink by soaking okra in water until the water becomes gooey.
    It helps in maintaining and lowering blood pressure; and it does clear the skin as well.

    The Devotions help restore my spiritual beliefs and direction.
